What does it really take to reach for your goals and attain them? If we knew, wouldn’t we all be living a more fulfilling existence?

One of the things Your Body Gets Better with Us encourages is the ability to pursue a goal while simultaneously being happy with where you are at. If you can do this, you can overcome any obstacle or challenge.

A calm mind starts with a calm body. The body is stressed if it senses something unpleasant is about to happen. The more you can learn to discern the thoughts of the mind and our body’s intuitive messages, the more you can begin to live with greater success and balance.

To really achieve your goals and stay calm while you are pursuing them, find a good routine that exercises every aspect of your ambition. If you want to attain a high-level position of a company, map out the components of that goals anatomy.

Define what your goals really mean and pursue an action step that serves every component on a regular basis. Before you know it you will have attained it. Always remember to leave time for your workout.

 

 

Cleansing Your Whole Body

There is a methodology to cleansing your entire system. Each body is different depending on what it is holding onto. The following is a list of ways to cleanse your entire system beginning with the largest organ of your body—the skin.

Skin – Exfoliate, dry brush and eliminate chemicals placed on the skin itself.

Kidneys – Drink pure, no sugar added cranberry juice. Cranberry and Vodka doesn’t count. Place raw ginger on the low back, over the kidneys to help draw impurities out.

Liver – Castor oil packs with wool flannel over the liver.

Gallbladder cleanse- Olive oil, Epsom salts and Something else. Lay on your right side for 30 minutes after drinking it with your right kneed tucked into your chest.

Reproductive – gently massage the area downward, place vinegar douche or try GSE oil diluted. This works for yeast stored in the body.

Gum – Cleanses the duasinum and Gi Track

Drinking fresh aloe heals the stomach.

Eyes, rinse with cold water, place cucumbers over them, then place olive oil in the eyes for moisture while you sleep.

Fresh mouth – make sure all teeth are healthy and clean. Floss regularly. Check tonsils for any abnormality. If breathe is affected, check liver and stomach.

Spleen-reduce the use and exposure to environmental toxins, eliminate garbage or processed foods. Cleanse away toxins by losing weight, detox fat cells by sweating and working out. Cleanse the body by drinking lots of purified, water and taking some type of heat enhancement to help breakup toxins.

Brain – exastanthin. Herbs, nueroblood brain barriers, brain exercises, activated charcoal. Clays, heavy metal detoxes and dhea along with essential fatty acids.

Thyroid – eliminate sugars, stress and phlegm by eating a clean diet and eliminating emotional stress.

Heart – lower cholesteral, coQ10, love and forgiveness

Overall body, hydrotherapy, yoga, movement. Anything that brings about the healing process.

How to Sculpt Lean Muscle

Being naturally thin has to do with how you think, eat and what you get used to feeling. Your weight is your emotional bank account. You’ll either go up in weight or shrink down depending on your personality.

When you eliminate distractions and stress, you have more control over your own mind which gives you more power to make better decisions. When you make better decisions it just feels right. When you feel right, your body weight normalizes.

The best way to sculpt a lean body is to follow a plan that works for you. Do whatever you can to be happy. Practice shedding weight through activity. Find foods that you love that satisfy you, but don’t overeat just because you are used to. Consume foods that are good for you, high in nutrients and provide the feeling you are looking for.

Find an image of a body type you like and hire a coach to help you attain it. You can get to where you would like to be, it just takes mental, emotional and physical reconstruction to build a better body.
